County DurhamDevelopment of a Resource Pack for providers – a one stop shop for Schools, colleges and work-based providers to support the implementation of ILP, the Prospectus and the CAP. Called ‘Progression Planning using ICT at Key Stage 4’, the pack has been given to each provider. It contains resources for initial implementation and curriculum development for integrating Plan-it – electronic ILPs, the Prospectus itself – Help-4teens, and the CAP – planning and management of applications.

Norfolk’s Prospectus for Young People with Learning Difficulties and DisabilitiesTracking individuals’ use of the CAP and the Prospectus – development of a bespoke data collection system that is integrated with CCIS. Norfolk has generated useful management information that not only tracks who is using the CAP and Prospectus, and to what end, but also enables the identification of learners who need more help from Connexions PAs.
